Maintenance Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury property maintenance organisation providing maintenance solutions for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients nationwide.
About the RoleAs a maintenance operative, you will join a team of skilled tradespeople responsible for repairs to residential property, domestic refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, and both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Basic handyman tasks
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Logistical furniture moves (with assistance)
- Collecting and delivering materials to site
- Assisting with site clearance
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- A clean driving licence (essential for the role)
- Willingness to travel and work away from home as required
- Fantastic starting salary of £35,000
- Monday - Friday 7 am - 3.30 pm
