The Job

  • Project Delivery: Ensure that projects are developed within time, quality, and budget targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of project coordinators and supervisors to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with various departments in the organization to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Project Director or 2 years' experience as a project coordinator looking for a step-up in their career.
  • Project management certifications, such as PRINCE2 or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), are highly desirable.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in planning and schedule management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
