About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our Endoscopy team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care pathways and protocols
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Foundation Level Degree in Nursing Associate Qualification
  • NMC registered Nursing Associate
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Good experience of working in a team and with the public
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player under appropriate supervision
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills
