About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal planning, and administration of medication
  • Encourage participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion
  • Help individuals to develop new skills and interests
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a high-quality support service

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS check required
