About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Burman Recruitment. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business improvement and transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Apply advanced business analysis tools and techniques to identify business needs and develop solutions.
    • Conduct gap and impact analysis to deliver strategic recommendations.
    • Assess alternative processes and systems, recommending changes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage a small team of project managers or business analysts.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Promote staff development and continuous improvement.
  • Best Practice Processes
    • Drive and support best practices within the team.
    • Maintain domain knowledge and mentor junior analysts.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BCS Business Analysis qualifications or equivalent.
  • PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification.
  • Professional qualification or postgraduate degree level skills.
  • Proven experience in managing outcomes in a specialist field.
  • Ability to gather, review, and document requirements.
  • Project and people management skills.
