Job Title: Corporate Lawyer/Senior Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our Corporate team at Irwin Mitchell, a national law firm with a local reach. As a Corporate Lawyer/Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Manage and undertake work on smaller transactions with limited supervision.
  • Provide assistance to Partners on more complex transactions to support personal development and technical ability.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the team.

Requirements:

  • Clear enthusiasm for corporate law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues on both a local and national basis.
  • Demonstrable experience running smaller transactions with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
