Exams Officer Role at City of Peterborough Academy

As the Exams Officer, you will be responsible for leading the school examinations team and serving as the primary point of contact between the school and examination/awarding bodies. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the SEN Department, Heads of Department, teaching staff, candidates, and parents/guardians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the school examinations team and manage the examination/awarding body liaison process.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, SEN Department, and Heads of Department to ensure effective examination management.
  • Provide support and guidance to teaching staff, candidates, and parents/guardians on examination-related matters.
  • Manage examination timetables, entry processes, and results distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with examination regulations and guidelines.
