We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Analyst to enhance the operational efficiency of our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technological solutions align with the strategic objectives of East Ayrshire Council.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the effective deployment and ongoing technical assistance of ICT services.
- Provide support to operational services and engage with stakeholders across East Ayrshire Council.
- Champion the integration and delivery of essential goals derived from the Council's Strategic Plan, Digital Strategy, and Workforce Strategy.
