About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lecturer to join our Construction and Sustainability Team, a centre of excellence for vocational skills. As a lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to our students, providing a quality learning experience that enables them to succeed and thrive in their chosen subject area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Plumbing and Gas-related studies to apprentices and design assessments
  • Develop the curriculum and implement teaching and learning strategies that enable students to succeed
  • Deliver high-quality, learner-focused education that meets the needs of our students
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced lecturer who is committed to delivering high-quality education. You will have a strong background in Plumbing and Gas, and be able to design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Previous teaching experience at Level 3 standard
  • Level 5 certificate in teaching or willingness to work towards this qualification
  • Level 3 in Assessing and Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
