Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a knowledgeable and well-trained kitchen team to provide excellent food for our café, brasserie, and events.
  • Design and curate menus for our programmed activities, working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and Audience Experience team.
  • Work closely with the General Manager Catering & Retail to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen systems and processes to drive efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
