Job Description

Packer Driver Job Summary

Menzies Distribution is seeking a skilled Packer Driver to join our team in Dundee. As a Packer Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load vehicles safely and within legislative requirements
  • Deliver parcels to customers safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Ensure the security of vehicles and goods during transit
  • Uplift previous day's orders
  • Complete all documentation as per company procedure
  • Break down, allocate, and load inbound supplies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy warehouse environment
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • At least 3 years of driving experience
  • No previous disqualifications (NI, DD, or DR)
  • Solid local geographical knowledge of commercial addresses and streets
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving and warehouse role
  • Hardworking, positive, and flexible attitude to work
