The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Protection Client Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll work closely with Client Delivery Managers to deliver high-quality results to our clients, utilizing our advanced technology to support your work.

Together with our clients, you'll work towards creating a safe online environment where intellectual property infringements are minimized. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive global impact while working with a diverse team of colleagues from around the world.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support the day-to-day management of clients' accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct project analysis and provide monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coach and train analysts to meet clients' expectations and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and French or Italian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous knowledge of Brand Protection or Intellectual Property is highly desirable.
  • Necessary training, including trademark law theory and proprietary system usage, will be provided.
