We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient sorting and organization of incoming parcels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and organize parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
  • Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
  • Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet nightly deadlines.
  • Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labelling of parcels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
