Position: HR Officer

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Officer to join a prominent manufacturing organization. This role offers flexibility with options for full-time or a condensed 4-day workweek.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
  • Provide daily HR advisory support.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and related documentation.

Candidate Profile:
