About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our bar team. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
