About the Team: As part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Insurance vertical, this role will play a key part in developing and executing market strategy growth.
About the Role: To empower LexisNexis Risk Solutions SLT to achieve profitable revenue growth and market leadership, this position will define market strategy, overall business goals, and objectives, creating plans for each business unit to bring the business strategy to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market strategy growth plans.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic priorities.
- Review and monitor market and competitive landscape in collaboration with the product team.
- Lead the partnership and acquisition strategy, identifying opportunities and working with the AVP Strategy and SLT to assess suitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners.
Requirements:
- Experienced leader in insurance/financial services with market analysis, strategy, and delivery expertise.
- Deep understanding of the market and ability to articulate market problems and translate them internally into recommendations.
- Interest in the changing landscape of insurance and how data can be used to create value.
- Commercially literate with experience of managing budgets and supporting the business to achieve outcomes.
- Expert in interpreting data to find themes, make recommendations, and build into a compelling story of the art of the possible.
- Excellent stakeholder management and skilled influencer, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management.
