About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team at Toad Hall Day Nursery in Rayleigh, part of Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners, promoting learning and development.
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and attractive environment for children, parents, and visitors.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required.
