Tenant & Community Coordinator

Join our prestigious shopping centre as a Tenant & Community Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our retail tenants and driving business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Tenant & Community Coordinator. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collating and reporting data from retail tenants for the management team
  • Networking and building relationships with retail tenants
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the client
  • Maintaining up-to-date sales data
  • Acting as a single point of contact for tenants
  • Striving to continuously improve the tenant relationship
  • Managing tenant complaints specific to marketing
  • Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Maintaining a photo library for use in promotions and providing social media content
  • Working with the appointed marketing agency with direction from the Centre Director
  • Assisting in the management of events with support from the Centre Director and Operations Manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft Office and Google packages
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Some knowledge of tenant management and relationship building would be an advantage
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
  • Ability to work with other team members effectively
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Level of retail experience desirable
Working Hours

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
