**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver new business underwriting solutions that meet the needs of clients and the company's risk appetite.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Underwriting and other team members to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the development of underwriting policies, procedures, and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in technical underwriting, preferably in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and industry standards.
