About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Director to join our Infrastructure team at Turner & Townsend Group. As an Estimating Director, you will be responsible for leading the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and promotion of estimating best practices within the company
  • Act as a role model for less experienced staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage and develop a team of estimators
  • Contribute to the development of estimating software and tools
Requirements
  • Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience
  • Previous experience of working with estimating software packages
  • Experience of working on major programs and projects
  • Experience of working in the Infrastructure sector
  • Experience of leading and managing teams
