We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Bodyset. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our physiotherapy team to deliver high-quality services.

• Leadership and Clinical Expertise
  • Take professional responsibility as a Senior Physiotherapist, with high-level decision-making, autonomy, and clinical-reasoning skills, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload.
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.
• Client Relationships and Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including new client consultations and ongoing care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, including effective marketing and business development initiatives.
• Team Collaboration and Support
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop service improvements and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development and success.
• Professional Development and Compliance
  • Continuously develop your clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Senior Society of Physiotherapy.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience of generating new business and developing a client caseload.
• Previous experience of practicing in the private healthcare sector.
• 3+ years relevant post-graduate clinical experience.
