Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve stock counting processes and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on stock counting performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or stock counting environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel to different client sites
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
