Position Overview

Audio Visual Support Specialist

This role involves working in a dynamic environment, providing essential support for audio-visual systems and meeting room technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

As an AV Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering professional assistance and high-quality support for all audio-visual and meeting room equipment.
  • Facilitating connections for external events and conferencing platforms, including popular tools such as Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Skype.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and creating checklists to ensure the seamless operation of meeting and conference technologies.
  • Providing on-site support for the commissioning of new room devices.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an AV support capacity within a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Audio Visual Specialist, AV Engineer, or AV Technical Support Engineer.

Work Environment:

This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for remote work two days a week, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
