Position Type : Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate with the Commercial team on diverse projects spanning various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and public services.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Engaging in the complete project lifecycle, from pre-construction phases to project execution.
  • Partnering with the project delivery team to maintain contractual oversight and effective cost management across multiple sectors.
  • Overseeing the financial elements of subcontractor agreements, from procurement through to interim and final account settlements, and participating in final account negotiations to achieve optimal results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Prior experience in team leadership
  • Strong commercial insight and acumen
