Manufacturing Process Commissioning Lead

As a Manufacturing Process Commissioning Lead at Agratas, you will take charge of formulating and executing the commissioning strategy for our production processes.

This position is primarily based on-site, with some travel required to engage with suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading the development and implementation of a comprehensive process commissioning strategy.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather the necessary specifications for each unit and integrated process, ensuring clarity on acceptance criteria for operational and product qualification phases.

The Process Engineering team is a vibrant group engaged in various domains, including electrode production, cell assembly, and digital manufacturing systems. As a relatively new team, your contributions will be vital in shaping processes and constructing large-scale manufacturing lines from inception.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading commissioning efforts for large-scale cell assembly manufacturing operations.
- Strong comprehension of associated risks and effective risk mitigation strategies.
