Role Overview: Catering Services, part of the Customer Experience and Service Delivery team, is tasked with the effective management of catering operations within a defined financial framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Chef to ensure the smooth and effective operation of a designated kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
- Assist in menu development, focusing on seasonal ingredients, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Support senior kitchen personnel in all aspects of kitchen management, including oversight of demi-chef de parties and commis chefs.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and storage areas, ensuring optimal conditions for food production.
Health and Safety Compliance: Attention to allergen and labeling procedures, temperature control, cross-contamination risks, equipment safety, and fire prevention is paramount.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess relevant catering qualifications, such as City and Guilds 706:1&2 or NVQ levels 1, 2 & 3, or equivalent certifications.
Experience: A proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating success in high-volume, multi-outlet, high-quality culinary environments is essential.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required to foster effective relationships and teamwork, while promoting the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
