We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrator to join our Birmingham team as an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator. This part-time (22.5 hours per week) role will involve coordinating the EHCP review process for our existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the EHCP review process to ensure EHCPs are of good quality, up-to-date, and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure EHCPs meet the needs of our learners.
- Bring in referrals to the programme and confirm that learners accepted onto the programme are suitable for the role.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners, families, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Professional conduct and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience of delivering against targets.
- Experience of being involved in an EHCP review process.
- Experience of working with young SEND learners.
- A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
- Good time management and planning skills.
