Job Description

**Electrical Maintenance Engineer Role**

We are working with TSR Recruitment Limited to find a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Facilities Management of the building, covering reactive and planned maintenance across a static site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and planned maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of the building
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Hold an electrical qualification (minimum level 3 or apprentice trained in respect of electrical and 18th edition)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within facilities management or a building services environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
