About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to work closely with customers. You will be responsible for communicating with parents/guardians, supervising customers in the swimming pool, and ensuring their safety and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
  • Communicate with parents/guardians concerning their child's development and progression
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements
