Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Accounts Specialist to join our client's busy lettings team on a part-time basis. This critical role involves ensuring the smooth handling of all financial aspects related to property management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading property budgets onto the system
  • Producing tenant demands
  • Loading tenant receipts
  • Credit control
  • Loading supplier invoices and processing payments
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Client payments
  • Loading/Assigning leases
  • Quarterly actual to budget reports for Block Manager
  • Year-end reconciliations on block management system
  • Dealing with leaseholder account queries
  • Complete leasehold questionnaires for apartment sales

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous accounts experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Experience of working within a letting's organization would be desirable
  • Highly organized, well-presented, and professional
  • Committed to providing exceptional service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
