Overtime: Available at time and a half with double time on the weekends

On call / Standby: 1 week in every 4

Our client, a leading Global Facilities Management company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to cover between 16 and 19 sites across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance to between 16 and 19 sites, including small, medium, and large facilities.
  2. Providing first-line maintenance support across allocated sites.
  3. Completing maintenance tasks to the highest standards, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while adhering to the company's Health and Safety Policy.
  4. Maintaining and repairing a range of mechanical equipment, such as fans, pumps, and compressors, to recognized standards.
  5. Identifying non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly reporting findings to the HVAC Supervisor.
  6. Conducting surveys and completing reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer with experience across multi-sites on the service and maintenance of heating systems.
  2. NVQ Level 3 – Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services / Heat & Ventilation.
  3. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  4. A hands-on, can-do, and flexible approach to work.
