The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Urray House Care Home in Muir of Ord. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans, in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
