    • Track and analyze currency exchange rates, providing regular updates to the management team.
    • Process and enter sales invoices, ensuring accurate and timely recording in our financial systems.
    • Enter and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accurate and timely recording in our financial systems.
    • Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording in our financial systems.
    • Respond to and resolve all accounts-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Weekly Duties:**
    • Perform weekly bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely recording in our financial systems.
    • Run and manage BACS payments, ensuring accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
    • Update and maintain sales spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely recording of sales data.

    • Prepare and present month-end financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

    • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Update and maintain sales spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely recording of sales data.
    • Prepare and present sales commission reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Calculate and prepare gross salary figures for submission to our accountants.
  • **Quarterly Duties:**
    • Review and reconcile older purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure timely receipt and processing of quarterly supplier commission credit notes.
    • Manage and reconcile EC sales lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • **Yearly Duties:**
    • Prepare and present year-end financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
    • Reconcile and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage and reconcile physical stock counts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and submit year-end VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and submit year-end accounts to our accountants for audit and journal corporation tax figure.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and established business.
  • Multi-currency experience, preferably with Sage 50.
  • Strong Excel and systems skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Accountancy qualifications, preferably with a recognized accounting body.

**What We Offer**
