About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and action tasks assigned from the service desk within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Create and update operating system images for deployment engineers to use
  • Design and implement technical solutions to deliver outstanding service to our customers
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to scope technical solutions
  • Design, plan, and document technical solutions and work packages
  • Implement technical solutions and assist in their transition into live service
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft System Center products, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/Office365, and InTune
  • Experience working with networking technologies is desirable but not essential
  • Recognized current Microsoft qualification or exam pass combined with evidence of continued professional development
