Job Summary
We are seeking a European Road Freight Operator to join our team in Coleshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, coordinating freight shipments, providing excellent customer service, and managing supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage freight shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Manage and optimize supply chain logistics to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage imports and exports
- Experience in operations management and supply chain management
- Knowledge of freight processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is essential
