Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure that our customers have access to perfectly available stock by:
Efficiently processing inventory with precision and adhering to the highest standards, which includes scanning, unpacking, organizing, and shelving products Presenting all merchandise attractively and placing it on the sales floor or storing it in stockrooms appropriately Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as required Collaborating effectively with the store team and reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer an array of fantastic benefits (see further list below)
Candidate Profile:
An effective communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient, even during peak times Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized, with a strong focus on accuracy You take pride in your contributions and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and proactively managing your workload Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond for your team and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically one we would consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to explore their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
