We offer full-time hours,
Shift schedules are organized on a rota basis, from 07:30 to 20:00 and 20:30 to 21:00 over a 3-day period (12-hour shifts), requiring flexibility to accommodate the needs of our clients, including working 2 weekends each month.
Shore Lodge provides care for 10 individuals with learning and physical disabilities.

Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We provide a comprehensive training and induction program for all new hires.
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will join a dedicated team. Each day presents unique challenges, but here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and meal support.
- Accompanying and aiding clients within the facility, at external events, and during appointments.
- Upholding our Person-Centered approach, promoting maximum independence for our clients while helping them reach their personal goals.
- Keeping accurate and current records.
