About the Role

Frasers Group is a leading retail company that requires adaptability and innovation to thrive in the ever-changing retail landscape. As a Creative Project Coordinator - Luxury Retail, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's retail estate forward, focusing on store design, customer experiences, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and delivery of Refit Creative Projects, transforming store spaces to meet the evolving needs of consumers.
  • Coordinate the design and program process for new stores and refit projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide progress updates on current projects, serving as a point of contact for assigned refit stores and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver individual program-related documents, adapting templates as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Assist with program coordination, attending site visits to log feedback and outstanding works, and following up on tracked accountabilities.
  • Support the Store Planning Supervisor/Lead in delivering store project reviews and brand deliverables, grouping functional feedback and information to share with the business.
  • Execute retail development projects within the Group, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key business retail partners, understanding their commercial strategies to elevate store experiences.

Requirements

  • Technical literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience using In-Design, AutoCad, and Revit models.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
