About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in the Musculoskeletal (MSK) service. As a Band 5/6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with MSK conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients to promote self-management and independence.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the supervision and training of junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate experience working in a musculoskeletal service.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural community setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations.
