The Role

We are seeking a skilled External Communications Executive to join our PR & External Communications function. As a key member of our team, you will support the firm's strategy, focusing on key pillars and sectors, and drive media relations, external communications, and reputation management efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the firm's priority practices and sectors by driving daily proactive and reactive media relations.
  • Develop strong relationships with journalists at key media outlets and publications.
  • Manage the firm's corporate reputation, including publicising appointments and promotions, and key milestones.
  • Support media and external communications activity in support of campaigns tied to specific initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with the firm's social media channels and ensure website content is current and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate records of the firm's media opportunities and successes to create regular reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient and accurate with superb organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn constantly.
  • Enjoys a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise several projects.
