We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
- Put out deliveries of new stock
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Set up promotional activities
- Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
- Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and the opportunity to work flexible hours, with no weekend working. You will be based in Gateshead but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We use a range of apps to make working with us as smooth as possible, so being tech-savvy is desirable. You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time, and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December.
