Job Title: Systems Admin and Data Specialist

Cadent Gas is seeking a highly skilled Systems Admin and Data Specialist to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing data, MI, systems administration, and providing support for HR data provision across Cadent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data, MI, and systems process delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient provision of services to end users.
  • Support and lead HR inputs to projects and system changes/implementations to facilitate timely completion and efficient operation.
  • Provide technical support for systems and processes, including SuccessFactors, SAP, and other relevant systems.
  • Develop and maintain data management and production processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to analyze and maintain the impact of system changes on downstream systems.
  • Support the gathering of evidence for defects in SuccessFactors and work with SAP Support teams to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
  • Produce insightful and meaningful reports from a business context perspective, including data dashboards and centralized reporting.
  • Manage system access and shared folder requirements, and maintain relevant HR SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of data, MI, and systems, including SAP and reporting tools.
  • Experience with project management and maintaining governance.
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
