Job Summary:

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment on a static site near Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all planned and reactive maintenance tasks on site, ensuring all work is completed in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
  • Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain all main plant and equipment within buildings, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all employees and clients, promoting a professional image at all times.
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring they comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
  • Manage the site logbook system, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
  • Oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.
  • Receive and resolve client issues effectively, without disrupting business or compromising client relationships.
  • Be prepared to participate in a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response.

Requirements:

  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required.
  • 18th edition certification.
  • 2391 Test and inspection certification (highly desirable).
  • Experience working within occupied offices.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to obtain a DBS.
