Senior Nurse - Safer Staffing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Nurse - Safer Staffing. This exciting opportunity is part of our commitment to delivering safe and quality care to our community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Associate Chief Nurse and Lead Nurse to achieve shared goals for workforce planning and development.
  • Provide senior expertise in safer staffing, utilizing evidence-based tools and national guidance.
Job Requirements
  • Active registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
  • Master's Degree level education or equivalent level of experience.
  • Experience using e-roster systems and good roster management.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of SafeCare and Safer Staffing principles.
  • Excellent presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of using Model Hospital to benchmark with others.
  • Safe Staffing Fellowship or equivalent training/qualification.
  • Evidence of development and evaluation of training resources.
  • Well-developed leadership and influencing skills.
