About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Grants Manager to join our team at the University of Oxford. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of research grants, ensuring that the needs of academics and professional services are met, and that the requirements of research funders are fulfilled.

About the Department

The Department of Paediatrics is a world leader in child health research, hosting internationally renowned research programmes in drug development, gastroenterology, haematology, HIV, immunology, neuroimaging, neuromuscular diseases, and vaccinology. We hold the Athena Swan Gold award, acknowledging our innovative policies and practices developed across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of research grants, ensuring timely and effective delivery of project support
  • Collaborate with academics and professional services to meet their needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with research funders to ensure successful grant management
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality project support
