About the Role

We are seeking a kind and caring individual to support a family member with daily tasks and activities in their home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with household chores, including heavy lifting and cleaning
  • Supporting with correspondence and communication
  • Prompting medication as required
  • Accompanying the family member on walks in the local area

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • A kind and caring individual with a person-centered approach
  • Experienced in supporting individuals in their home
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Comfortable working alongside animals
  • Able to drive an automatic car (desirable)

Requirements

The successful candidate must:

  • Have experience of handling medication
  • Have some knowledge of autism (desirable)
  • Be comfortable with working in a family home environment
