3. International Tax Implications: Review the implications of tax laws in other jurisdictions relevant to a project and provide expert advice.
4. Contractual Matters: Assist in advising on contractual matters from a tax perspective to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
5. Tax Forecasts and Returns: Prepare tax forecasts and complete UK Tax Returns for key talent.
6. Research and Development: Research future projects and actively contribute to generating new work opportunities.
