Join Our Team as a Family Law Solicitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Family Law Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Resolution. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of privately funded Family Law work and assisting the Head of Department on higher-level cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of privately funded Family Law work
  • Assist the Head of Department on higher-level cases
  • Network to bring in new business and build personal reputation
  • Work from our offices in Newbury and Abingdon, or remotely when required

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing niche practice and be part of building something special. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of cases, including Divorce, Financial Remedy, Child Arrangements, Domestic Abuse, TOLATA, and Nuptial Agreements.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years PQE in Private Family Law work
  • Strong networking skills and ability to bring in new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
