Job Summary

The VANRATH team is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join a global manufacturing organization in County Armagh. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for implementing effective and consistent delivery of Human Resources programs and services to organizational partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business needs.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligning with industry standards.

Requirements

  • 3rd Level Qualification in HR or a relevant subject
  • CIPD Qualified level 5
  • At least 3 year's working at a similar level in a Manufacturing or related setting
  • Unionized experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
