Job Opportunity: Chartered Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen within City Property (Glasgow) LLP for two Chartered Building Surveyors to work within our expanding Technical Team.


Contract:
Permanent (Hybrid Working)

Benefits:

The successful candidates will provide a range of professional services and project services to City Property Glasgow (Investments) and Glasgow City Council as follows:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide key support in implementing the current capital plan for investment in City Property assets with the procurement of works for new-build projects and refurbishment of existing properties.
  • Provide key support in managing a portfolio of non-operational surplus land and property assets and support the City Property Valuation & Disposals Team along with a number of Service Departments within Glasgow City Council in identifying opportunities for de-risking, re-purposing or sale of these assets.

Requirements:
MRICS qualified and ideally have Building Surveying experience across a diverse portfolio.
